SMS Terms

Effective September 13, 2026. These terms cover the Vennco Facts self-signup service.

The program

Vennco Facts, operated by Vennco LLC, sends informational SMS about cats, dogs, or sloths to U.S. mobile subscribers. Enroll only your own number. Enrolling friends or other people is prohibited, even as a gift or joke. You must control the number and be authorized to agree to these terms.

Your consent and confirmation

Choose your animal, delivery frequency and pack, then check the SMS consent box. Send the unique JOIN code shown on the signup page from the number you entered to confirm the request. Payment follows confirmation. No facts begin until you complete checkout. We retain the consent statement, selected preferences, time, and confirmation record. Consent applies only to this animal-facts program.

Frequency and cost

Choose one fact per day or one per week. A welcome message and replies to your requests for help or opt-out are additional. Packs cost $1.99 for 10 facts, $4.99 for 30, or $9.99 for 60 (USD). Each is a one-time payment, with no automatic renewal. Delivery ends when the pack is used or you opt out. Message and data rates may apply to messages you send or receive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP, STOPALL, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT to stop messages. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. You can also use our unsubscribe page, including the management link in your welcome message. No account or password is needed to stop SMS. Reply HELP or email venncollc@gmail.com for help. A new subscription requires fresh confirmation; replying START alone does not purchase a new pack.

Billing help

Stopping SMS does not automatically request a refund. For unused packs, failed delivery, or payment questions, email venncollc@gmail.com with your subscription email. Existing subscriptions purchased through an older Cat Facts experience may have different billing terms; use the existing billing management page or contact support to cancel those recurring charges.
