Effective September 13, 2026. This policy covers Vennco Facts self-signup, operated by Vennco LLC.

Information used to provide the service

We collect your name, mobile number, subscription email, animal choice, schedule, plan, and messages you send to the service. To verify your enrollment and handle opt-outs, we keep consent and confirmation records, timestamps, the signup page and consent version, IP address, browser information, and delivery records. Stripe processes payment information; this page sends card details directly to Stripe and our application receives a payment token.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to confirm that you requested messages, provide the chosen facts, process payments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and honor opt-outs. Service providers, including our hosting, payment, and messaging providers, process necessary information to perform those services. We do not sell your mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for those purposes.

Retention and your choices

We retain subscription and consent records as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, document consent, and meet applicable obligations. We retain suppression records to avoid messaging numbers that have opted out. You can stop messages through our website or by replying STOP. Contact venncollc@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information; some consent, payment, or suppression records may need to be retained.

Security and contact
